Poor customer service. Had broken mechanism and when asked to fix under warrant I was told its my fault and if i dont pay they will dissolve my warranty. Spending 5 figures on bespoke doors -the people who run the business need to up their professionalism. I have escalated to the German manufacturer and my lawyer.

It is my last house I want to live in for the rest of my life, so when I refurbished it, I wanted everything to be perfect. Doors4UK successfully met my expectations by being prompt and professional in regards of the doors and I bought all of them from this company. I wanted some different types of doors, from pocket sliding doors to hinged ones, from glass to wooden, depending on the rooms. Thanks to their wide range of designs, I could easily choose the most suitable ones for each room. Professional staff and fitting team. Highly recommend.

My door was installed by doors4uk engineer, soundproof door. The door itself holds some efficacy in sounndproofing, but it did arrive damaged, i noticed laminate peeling off and dents in the door and the fitting was medicore finish was not the best. I emailed the company straight away to reported the issue, i was told they are unable to replace or compensate me for the damage door under some legal terms. So i paid over 1k for a door which is damaged. I was told someone will come out to repair the damage door in a weeks time. I have not heard anything from them. See attached photo of the damage. Luckily i only had 1 door fitted i was planning to have all my doors changed by the company before i commited i thought i see the quality and workmanship of the company. I have emailed the company 3 x to be told someone will contact me its been over 1 year still have a damaged door.
