Terrible service, the worst I have experienced, working for various companies in managed offices/warehouse lets. Refuse to fix anything, leaking roof, pest problems for years. Want to charge the going rent rates but refuse to provide the service or fit for purpose, commercial properties. No maintenance staff on site most days, skips not emptied and Head office will not approve any money to cover repairs. The staff that work for them, are tired of having to deal with tenants complaints as they receive no support from their Head Office and know that they wont agree to work that needs to be carried out, so they take it out on the tenants and are extremely rude. When you finally have enough and leave, they then make that as difficult as possible too! Speak to a few tenants before you sign anything and they will all tell you to stay away!
