Bought a new Across, having registered interest a few months before it was available. The communication was excellent throughout; updates on availability, price, finance. Test drove with adequate social distancing and care and placed the order. Arrived 2 weeks later in Mica Blue. The car looks really cool and drives brilliantly. Glyn Hopkin Watford sold me an 18 month old vehicle with a faulty gearbox, defective horn, faulty radio system, defective windscreen wipers, tyres worn under 3mm (which is below their company policy for selling 'approved' motors) which were given to me at the time of purchase under inflated - (despite supposedly passing their checks) and warning lights appearing 15 hours after purchasing the motor. I was in a courtesy car a week after purchase! On the third repair by Suzuki Watford within 12 weeks of purchasing my motor, they returned the car to me with a fresh 3 inch scratch. Their manager and company CEO denies responsibility despite admitting that it was a fresh scratch. If you want to purchase an unreliable motor and experience customer service worse than ever from a bunch of con artists, be sure to visit Suzuki Watford. Article in Watford Observer to follow.

Suzuki Swift Sport was purchased and delivered from Watford to North East Scotland yesterday. Saif Khan was our Sales Executive and his communication via emails and phone calls was excellent from start to finish. He could not have been more helpful. The car was delivered all the way up here exactly to the time agreed by the most courteous driver. It was immaculate inside and out and so far seems superb. Cannot fault anything so far. WARNING - WARNING - WARNING I took my Suzuki in for an Air conditioning diagnostic as I appeared to have a leak. On collection, I received a quote for 2400 to replace the evaporator that they said was 99% probably the problem. They said they couldn't be 100% sure until they took out the dashboard, so there was every chance that the fault was not as they suspected and my money would have been wasted. They actually quoted 24 hours total labour time and said they would do me a favour and only charge 16 hours. I ultimately had the evaporator changed at another Suzuki dealer (who were 100% positive of the problem) and was charged for 6 hours labour to do the whole job. This is not a misprint. SIX HOURS as opposed to 24 hours!! An appalling example of rogue trading. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
