Disgraceful service! I was sent the wrong item, was promised the correct item would be sent the following day. It wasn't! I finally received the correct delivery a week later after having to chase them with emails every day. Was never even given an apology and after the first couple of emails I was just ignored and my emails not even acknowledged or answered. As a small business in these challenging times that relies on my reputation this had an adverse impact on my own business and is an unacceptable way to treat customers that are paying them good money!! Would have given zero stars if it had allowed !

The company doesn't check products before they dispatch and in one order of 75 products we had 27 that we couldn't sell. Rather than exchanging and replacing these with an apology they decided that the problem was us and argued with us about it! They still haven't picked up from us and a regular order we placed was cancelled without notifying us! As you see from the owners response, the customer is always wrong and the items we returned with dints and scraps they actually returned to stock and sold to customers!!! outrageous
