Given a three star as I found the customer service poor. I’ve had cupcakes from Miss Muffin before and they were lovely so I asked her to design a cake for my dads 60th, something fishing related. She wasn’t helpful at all. Told me to look at her page to see what I wanted, didn’t give me any suggestions. I gave her loads of ideas to which she came back with nothing then said her cakes weren’t suited to what I was looking for. This was rubbish, she just couldn’t be bothered. After our conversation she posted a huge variety of cakes. Shame but based on the service I won’t be buying again.
Louise is a talented artist and very professional. I ordered a birthday cake and wedding cake and both were delicious. I would highly recommend and will be booking Louise for my children's future birthdays Thank you xx
