Traded in my car and purchased another online. I thought that doing it remotely would be difficult but the whole process, from negotiating to home delivery, was expertly handled by Hiren Shah who's communication was excellent. And the delivery by Simon was Covid-friendly throughout. Full marks for a friendly and satisfying experience.

I visited Palmers Citroen today for an air conditioner issue. I made an inquiry about the issue to the lady at the service desk. All the time with a cold face she told me that they needed to diagnoise the car for an hour which is 102 plus VAT and 150 ph after that. I suggested that it could be a small issue like a replacement of fuse and asked if they could charge cheaper. She told me that the mechanichs didn't work for free. I said OK and asked her when would they be able to do . She told me that their next available day for diagnosing on 15th of Feb which is more than 20 days later. I said thank you and left. When I got home I checked Palmers Citroen website and found out that online booking is available and they are available from 28th of Jan and 1/2 hour diagnosing 60. I will never go there again.
