Had an issue with a pair of speakers I bought in Chiswick when I was working there, spoke with customer services over the phone and then went into the Watford store who were aware of my issues. They set up another pair of speaks for a demo straight of the street. They dealt with my issue 110%. They were professional and polite even though this was nothing to do with them or their fault. I would highly recommend them. This is how customer service should be, they now have a customer for life.

Excellent service. I bought a turntable via phone and unfortunately it had a small manufacturing fault. Returned to Watford Richer Sounds, Heather was very knowledgable and understanding. The turntable had sold out but Heather went out of her way to try and find me a replacement, even forgoing her sales commission I’ve bought a lot of Hi Fi and TV equipment from Richer Sounds over the years and have always had excellent service both before and after sales.
