Very professional and efficient plumber who carried out his work neatly and efficiently. Secondly Secta are very quick in organising quotes and workmen to site quickly so that problems can be dealt with efficiently. I now use Secta for all my rental properties in London dealing with plumbing and repair type works.

For us this was a family emergency and Delroy was excellent. We had an active CO alarm and the fault was quickly established and made safe - the cooker was condemned. We were kept fully informed throught the call out.
I contacted Secta for my boiler issue. When I spoke with a team member in the office they booked an appointment suitable for me. The office staff are professional, happy to help and answered all my questions. The engineer arrived promptly, he looked at my boiler and explained what the problem was. He repaired the issue and made sure it was restored to working ordering. I am very happy with the service I received from Secta. I highly recommend their services and definitely will be using them for future works.

I work for Secta, my boiler has been giving me problems for years every winter. My landlord has British Gas cover & Iv had over 6 engineers come out in the last year non of whom could resolve this intermittent issue. I finally got feed up and got on off our Secta engineers out to fix it. It was done the same day, its been 4 weeks now and iv not had a single issue with hot water or central heating.
