A few reasons I gave a 10 score. I was pleasantly surprised how quick and easy it was to get a quote, arrange an appointment for the following day and confirmation emails were received. I then received a call to double check the details I had submitted on line. The gentleman then gave me some helpful advice on what to bring on the day. I turned up on the day to be met by Fazari at Brent Cross- what a nice guy. Efficient, engaging, polite and informative. A pleasure to be served by Fazari I’m sure I’m not the first to complement him on his customer service. Anyway The whole experience was painless and straightforward. Thank u for your help. Obviously unfair prices. Unless you have a pile of rust radioactive or something and don't know how to get rid of it don't bother. Sell it on pieces on eBay. Is exactly what they do. Paying 60 quids on a car and sell it for way much more.
