Appointment was with Louise at the Hamilton branch, was clear and helpful in explaining the process to me and how the valuation was done. Overall was slightly pleased with end result of what I got for the car as I don't have the time and energy to be going around car garages or selling privately. Good service for people who want to sell their car fast.

I used We Buy Any Car Hamilton to sell my van simply because they offered a very fair price. The process was easy and quick with friendly staff, no pushy sales talk or traders trying to batter you down in price. This is the second time I have sold a van to this company, as from experience, I've received good service. That's why I went back. Will use again for sure.

I had heard that I wouldn't get a good price for my car but,,, I did. It was a fair price taking into account that I had no advertising or waiting in for people to turn up. I went into the Hamilton branch and the rep was so helpful and pleasant. I would certainly make them my first call if I was selling again. You don't feel pressured to accept offers made.

Sold my Dacia Sandeep stepway at the Hamilton branch. The woman, forgot her name, was very polite and explained everything to us. She was excellent and the price she gave us for our car was decent. Would use them again.

Asked for a quote and received a figure. As it was not what I was looking for I did not progress. I then received a second figure that was closer to what I was looking for. As I had a personal number plate I paid to have this removed. I went online to schedule an appointment, and was told the value has increased further. However when I attended the appointment I was informed the maximum offer was the original. This cost me 80 to remove my personal number plate and wasted my time. Still baiting sellers with inflated offers they are not going to honour. Won't bother in future.
