Went to sell my car at Hereford branch last week. As soon as I had booked the appointment I had a phone call from a guy called Martin. He let us know exactly how the appointment would go and gave clear instructions on what I needed to bring with me and what the process was covid wise which was reassuring. Within half an hour we had sold our car. He was really professional and it was so quick and efficient which was great. There was a bit of a deduction from the original valuation but was happy after being shown the dents which I wasn’t actually aware of. I was really impressed with how quick and hassle free it was

Hard to find, with rude, disinterested staff. Amount offered was less than half than stated online despite being honest about cars condition. Booked appointment slot that morning but still had to wait 20 minutes as someone else had turned up same time as us who hadnt booked. Avoid.

Worse than poor, complete lack of professionalism waited half hour for him to fetch his clipboard. I worked in motor trade all my life, for them to offer half their valuation due to stone chips on a city car.

Agreed a price for my car and salesman came out and said the manager who had authorised the amount to be paid had "reneged on the deal". Even though i had a voicemail left on my phone confirming the amount to be paid. Hope she feels satisfied with knocking 50 off during these difficult times of covid. Absolutely disgusted with We buy any car. Tried to email their complaints department but emails wont register as being sent. SHAME ON YOU.

Make sure you have all the prominent information at hand, because if you don't, or you try to blag, they will show you that they are on form, and have all the relevant information on hand, to give you the correct estimation, every time.

polite and pleasent person who a gave my vehicle a valuation which was far from the telephone quote after inspecting it with a fine tooth comb would NOT bother with them again offered 1500 Less they buy to sell in auction so it makes sense to do the same
