Terrible experience. Their offices are either permanently closed or they just have terrible service. Booked an appointment online and they called twice to confirm within the week. When we arrived on the day there was no sign of their office and noone was picking up. Someone called us at some point and said they'll come find us. It turns out they were from a different company (Quick Sales?) and they didnt even come to meet us as they didnt see our appointment in their system We had to travel over 20miles so that was a waste of our Sunday. Never again!

Terrible experience, they gave me quote of 3150 for my c class and when I actually went to give the car they asked me they will give me only 2400 , unbelievable, and that’s coz there was a slight scratch on the lower part of bumper nothing major , this is how much they reduce for 1 small scratch , don’t use them instead sell your car privately I bet you can get much more what they will offer you ,
