Nice and easy process! I obtained an initial valuation on line and then made an appointment with my local branch to have the vehicle inspected. Everything went smoothly and in compliance with COVID restrictions. After agreeing a price, all the paperwork was completed and the car was sold - all done in the space of about half an hour! Very pleased with the whole process.

They buy used cars. The quote online is nothing like what they offer in the end. Used cars are normally not perfect. You expect a few marks on body and wheels. They exploit these to bring the price down by about 20 percent. Unless you are desperate to sell the car, it probably not worth the time.
