Con merchants. I declared the minor damage on my car online, got quoted 3,200, then when I got there in person, they knocked another grand off! They added about 300 back on, but still a rip-off, so I drove away. It may be quicker and easier to sell your car through them, but you'd get so much more money selling privately that it's worth the extra time and effort.

It's not that easy to sell a car with them .....they try to find everything even if you don't have a problem they will make it like a problem to cut your price per example if your car worth 8.000 you will get 4.000 if you are lucky, then their ad it is a story with fairy tales

Got a quote online, went for an appointment and agreed a price for my car. Attended again within the price promised time to hand over the car. They then announced that they were reducing the quote by 2,700 because they had made a mistake. I had to take league action, which I won. It’s a real shame that it had to that far. The middle management need to support there front of house teams much better. Note, don’t sell your car on a Sunday because the front of house teams don’t have any support.
