FIRST CLASS SERVICE FROM ZIA AT PRESTON BRANCH TOP BLOKE, FROM THE QUOTE I GOT ON WE BUY AND CAR FOR MY 65 PLATE AUDI TT , THE INSTANT QUOTE THAT I GOT FROM THEM WAS AROUND 1500 MORE THAN 5 MAIN CAR DEALERS IN PRESTON HAD OFFERED, THEY ALL SAID THAT I WOULD NEVER GET ANYTHING LIKE WHAT THEY OFFERED THEY JUST TRYING TO GET ME THERE SO I THOUGHT THAT I WOULD GIVE IT A GO , WHAT DID I HAVE TO LOSE BUT 20 MINUTES OF MY TIME, AND I KNOW THEY WERE A FEW THINGS LIKE A FEW ALLOYS SCUFFED FEW SMALL MARKS AND INSPECTION LIGHT ON DASH SO WHEN I GOT THERE SPOKE TO ZIA HE WAS SO NICE AND TOOK ME THOUGH THE PROCESS ASKING FOR V5 ECT HE HAD A GOOD LOOK AROUND THE CAR AND WITHIN MINUTES OFFERED LESS THAT THE QUOTE BUT STILL BEAT ALL THE DEALERS BY OVER 1000 THATS BECAUSE OF THE BITS BUT I EXPECTED THAT BUT I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND, TO BE HONEST I NEVER THOUGHT AFTER THE DEALERSHIPS ALL SAID I WOULD NEVER GET BETTER THAT THEM BUT I DID SO GLAD I DID ,AS I WAS ONLY 16 MONTHS IN TO THE PCP ,BUT I JUST PAID THE EXTRA THAT WAS NOT TO MUCH AND GAVE ZIA THE KEYS ECT , THE DEALERS IN PRESTON WERE ALL SAYING THE BOOK PRICE THEY ALL OFFERED WAS GOING TO BE THE BEST I WAS GOING TO GET , THEY WERE SO WRONG AND TO BE HONEST , IT WAS SO SASY TO DO , I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE GIVING IT A GO, AND I OWED A LITTLE BIT MORE ON FINANCE BECAUSE IT WAS A PCP BUT I GAVE THEM THE EXTRA BIT I NEEDED TO PAY , AND KIA JUST SETTLED MY FINANCE AND STOPED MY TAX SO NO MORE PAYMENTS IT WAS EASY AS THAT , JUST GO AND TRY AS THINK THE DEALERS HAVE STARTED GETTING A LITTLE TIGHT WITH THEY OFFERS , THANKS LOAD KIA YOU WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL AND MADE IT A GREAT EXPERIENCE THANKS AGAIN HIGHLY RECOMMEND HASSLE FREE DEAL THERE WAS PUSHY SELLING THANKS AGAIN

What a waste of time. The automated valuation when I arrived with the car was LESS THAN HALF of the automated valuation given online, for the SAME FACTS entered. Clearly a deliberate tactic. Don't bother. Update: the reply from WBAC below simply isn't true. I declared the car as CAT D online which reduced the price from 1,135 to 755. They then text me saying the price had INCREASED to 805. I then spoke to the area manager Kadeel to confirm the quoted price. When I arrived I was told the car was classed as condition 4/5 (5/5 is good as new) and they offered me 380. No 15 year old car is ever going to be "As good as new", so to give online quotes based on 5/5 condition is a con. Reducing quotes on arrival is totally in WBAC's interests, as they pay less for the car when people can't be bothered going elsewhere. It happens all the time, the guy at the branch told me!
