Really quick and easy, answered all my questions and kept safe whilst we're on lockdown. Never knew how painless it was to sell a car. Really friendly staff we're on hand and even let me wait in my sold car until my ride home came over.

Wow, that wasn't what I expected! My 90 year-old father has surrendered his driving licence and we need to sell his car. I had heard that WBAC was a no-hassle way to get a fair price for the car. The online price was quoted as 3,100, less an admin fee of 50. When we arrived, I was a bit concerned that the place looked a bit pikey. When the agent came over, he wasn't wearing any face-covering and stuck his head in the window and started asking questions. He asked if I wanted to sell the car today and I said yes. I explained that my father is shielding and asked if we could discuss this outside. He took the vehicle documents into the office, came back a few minutes later and stuck his head in the window again. Again I asked if we could do this outside the car. He offered 450 under the quoted price, although the car is in very good condition. When I queried this, he said the quoted price was for showroom condition and a 62 reg car would never achieve this. I suspect that the price would have been higher if I had not said we wanted to sell today. Altogether, a surprisingly unpleasant and a complete waste of time.
