The gentleman who dealt with me was very efficient, courteous and made all matters very easy for me and my wife who was selling her car. We were also comfortable as we were in a environment where all precautions were taken to prevent Covid. I would strongly recommend this service to everyone

Don't get your hopes up! I went to this site to sell my car and given current circumstances - obviously had to wait in the car whilst gent took my paperwork. He came out and looked round the car and said he would then come back to me with a price. (Please bear in mind price had already been quoted from website) . Car was in good condition with extremely low mileage, but despite the condition of the car for its age it apparently had 'damage' - which was slight nick on the bumber and an alloy was 'scratched' - which resulted in the website quote price being dropped by almost 600. Overall it was a smooth process, but I have to pay an admin fee to receive my money within 2 hours - or hand over the keys and wait 4 days. Just make sure you are aware of all of these costs and the potential knockdown in sale price beforehand.

Like others have mentioned, the quoted price is unlikely to match what they actually offer. They actually initially offered me 20% less than the online quote because of a few \u003c1mm stone chips on the body work. It otherwise was mint without a single scratch and FSH/MOT, so not sure exactly what condition you need the car to be in to get anywhere near the quote. I didn't sell and it was a waste of everyone's time. NB I have edited my review. Another company offered more, but not much more.

Would avoid at any cost - use another center as this place is simply not fit for purpose. When you arrange a booking for a certain time, you expect to be welcomed at that time. Instead, we were told that "due to Covid, I can't meet at 6pm"... However, the same manager was free to fill out forms for a sale. Clearly 100% focused on sales and not focused on customer service. Add to this the fact that they are never available on the phone and it really is not worth you time. Would advise trying the Solihull branch as they are much more polite and at least try to seem to care. Shameful service.

The customer service here is despicable. I had booked an appointment for 6pm and received a text the day before confirming the appointment, including which documents etc to bring. As I had arrived, someone was just selling their car and so magically ‘the branch closes at 6pm’. I am extremely disappointed to be turned away due to a lazy sales person, who is somehow the manager of the branch - Maj Alom. I have read through other disappointed reviews and it appears this branch has no quality control and no customer service expectations. Do not waste your time at this branch - I’ve had a much more pleasant experience at the Solihull branch as they seem to be professional - which is far more that can be said about this cowboy show. Perhaps being a little container on a Homebase car park is all that needs to be said about this branch. AVOID.

Went there a couple of weeks ago. Online valuation was good. Once you get there they find as much as possible that is an issue, this obviously takes their final offer down considerably. This isn't sour grapes as I left and sold the vehicle a week later for 3 times Webuyanycar's offer to a private buyer. Philip Scofield should be ashamed putting his name to this. The 1 star rating I had to give to post review. I wouldn't give them Any stars !!
