After I received a valuation on my car, I made an appointment at the Drakehouse branch. Karl Smith was there to greet me and explained the process to me. All it involved was confirmation that the car was indeed mine to sell and he gave it an inspection. He was so friendly, clear and concise with his explanation and I felt very reassured about the whole process. The valuation was really good and I agreed to sell my car. Having never used a service like this before, I was pleasantly surprised at how easy and painless it was! Initial car valuation always a bit high so be prepared for a reduction. The MOT was due end of the month which reduced the value by 150 on a 65 plate. Combined with other reductions it reduced the value in total by 7%. Service was efficient as always.

Do not waste your time, do not go near them. Price will chance what they quoted you! we buy any car gave me a price 16.500 for my car. I booked appointment, they said little scratche on alloy wheel and bumper, price gone down to 14.900.
