Booked a slot for my Mazda car and the booking process went very well. I was called by one of the guys who talked me through everything I should bring. Later in the afternoon, due to scheduling problems, I phoned back to cancel my appointment and to see if I could reschedule it to two days later. However, once Roman finally answered the phone, all I had the chance to say was "Hello, my name is William with the XXX-car... I have an appointment for tomorrow that I would need to cancel..." He hung up on me after muttering "oh okay." and I didn't have the chance to finish my sentence. Nobody replied when I called back, first thinking he hung up on mistake. Clearly he wasn't interested. After reading everyone else's reviews here, maybe I lucked out on not selling my car here. I found another place in Langley who were a lot more friendly and offered a better price. Trust your gut feeling.

I wouldn’t bother wasting your time. My Online quote dropped more than halved after they looked around my car, all because of a few minor scratches that definitely won’t cost 1800 to repair. Total rip off and a waste of time. You’re better off part exchanging or selling privately.
Total rip off and time wasters. They offered 2,000 less than the agreed price due to some very small kerbing on my alloys and a tiny scuff on the back bumper. All of which would have cost less than 500 to fix. Really frustrating and unprofessional. They should just offer a fairly accurate price in the first place. You go expecting to be knocked down a bit but 2,000 is ridiculous.
They provided a valuation of 2650 for my car. After a quick walk round and check of the mileage and V5 I was told their offer had dropped to 1500 - a loss of over 1100 (over 40% reduction) because they had seem some stone chips. After querying how stone chips could cost 1100 off of a 2650 valuation they upped their offer by 300 to 1800, still about a 30% reduction. I had expected to be knocked down by 200 having read other people's reviews saying they always reduce the price, but I had not expected to be taken for a fool. Overall, at best my experiences has been a total waste of time, at worst it's been frustrating and insulting too.
Very genuine and helpful. Suki was really helpful. My car was quoted for 2200 but unknown to me, it was Cat D by previous owner. I was still given 700. There is no forcing. It's entirely upto the customer to either take it or leave it after it is explained.
Quick, easy process and a fair price. What is there not to like?
