What a bunch of rogues! Ignore the valuation given online. They go over your car with a magnifying glass: every tiny microscopic mark or debatable swirl/scuff gets classed as a dent/stone chip, and everything gets put into a computer. The computer than recognises the entries as body repairs and so it spits out a valuation 30-50% lower than the online price! In my recent experience, my valuation went from 16k to close to 10k. In addition there are hidden admin fees on top of this. Every single excuse is given to you to mark the car down on price at every single angle. Don't waste your time with these con artists and don't be lead by their wildly inaccurate online valuations. These guys are just thieves who prey on desperate sellers.

Aggressive sales team who only want to know the settlement figure ahead of your appointment so they can haggle you down regardless of the actual value of your car. Went elsewhere and gained 4K over settlement figure. Will never ever use these guys and use motor depot instead.

The price we were paid was about the same as they were fetching privately, without all of the advertising, tyre kicking and haggling. Shocking service left my pregnant wife waiting outside for 1h30mins after the appointment time & then offered her 1000 under the valuation plus its also a 50 admin fee to sell your car plus another 60 if you want the money same day . I would avoid at all cost !!!

Do not waste your time there are similar companies out there that don't leave you waiting outside for 2 hours! What's the point in booking an appointment if your not going to be seen at that time?!
