Really quick and easy. They do note down every little stone chip or dent but that's business. Worth a mention, they don't take a lot off for alloy damage so don't bother getting them repaired first, any major dents however will take off more than you think. Rob was really kind and friendly.

Got a fair price although it was what I was offered part exchanging. Based on the condition of my car I felt this was right. Could have got more but there was no point paying out on car to get a higher price. Its worth noting that if you decline any offers the price often goes up
