Arrived at this centre. Could not find obvious place to park. Phoned the employee who instructed me to park in car park adjacent to the building. One other customer there. The employee invited us both in at the same time. Asked me to wait. When it was my turn, he had recorded mileage wrong which meant a trip back to the car to check. All in all a long and unproductive encounter. Worse still, I receive a parking fine in the post two weeks later??? For parking in the car park that they are conducting their valuations from. Phoned and left a message. Have heard nothing. I think it's an absolute disgrace. I won't be paying a fine for parking where this company instructed me to park. And to not return my voicemail is also unacceptable. And if I continue to get no reply to this outrageous incident, I will ensure that reviews like this continue on every platform. *I received an email on October 20th stating clearly that this parking fine would be cancelled. A fine incurred for parking where this company told me to park. I then receive an email on November 6th stating that I need to pay the 100 fine, after which I would be reimbursed. Seriously??? 17 days ago you led me to believe I would not have to deal with you again. This is beyond shocking. I suggest you pay the fine directly. I have ZERO faith in both the company and your customer service team- the same team who told me that it was normal (in 2020) to not be able to make contact with the employee at the branch for two weeks?!? Do the honourable and only sensible option available and pay the fine that you created. I cannot trust you to refund me and nor do I have 100 to do so.

Poor experience, the guy there forgot his keys to open the office which can happen, the peoblem is that he sent us to backhemham branch. Hw garantee we could be see and when we arrived there, the guy didnt want to see us cause too busy but on the phone he sais he will be able to. Driving all the way for no reason
