Been in today to get some paint. OMG, I was amazed by how helpful a lady named Diane was at the paint counter. She helped us find our colour and nothing was to much trouble. It was a delight to be served by her. Better than my last experience, I wish I could remember the name of the lady but she was so rude. So thankyou Dianne. See you soon

Sheldons Shelves

Had a great trip to this b and q today. No queue outside and there was good distancing and one way lay out inside. I got some beautiful flowers and they had so many lovely options I wanted to bring home. I need up getting some pretty lavender and a couple of clearance ones that just need a bit of love. I needed help to find something and the employee i found was incredibly helpful. He even got one from the shelf for me when they were not on display. I found most things I needed and this was a very pleasant trip.

Very disappointed the store didn't stock the part I needed for the kitchen tap I purchased from her previously. They stocked similar parts for possibly every other tap even ones they didn't sell. Essential travel for an Essential part that they didn't have but happy to sell the tap itself!!

Very big store offering lots of diy products for the casual DIYer or tradesperson. Prices seem reasonable across the store and ample staff are available. Some inspirational kitchen displays have recently been launched and worth a visit.
