Nick is a great Host who really knows how to maintain excellent service throughout the venue. He has a variety of unique menus for those of you that want to go the extra mile. Be it a Wedding, Christmas, Birthday or work conference, you'd be looked after in every aspect. I personally found Nick extremely warm, good listener and very helpful. For those of you who are looking for a special event,,, seriously worth going down to chat about your special day with Nick.

Booked this place for my mum's surprise 60th a couple of months ago! Everyone, including my mum, massively enjoyed the night and the venue! And being a predominantly black/ Caribbean crowd, everyone was wowed by how nice the good was considering the venue use their own catering staff and none of them are Caribbean! Beautiful food... amazing dance floor and dsplays! We were able to add our own decor flare to the room but they provided many options that helped us out and actually compared to many other venues, for what we wanted, were the most cost effective with the best quality! Nick was great to work with... bar a few hiccups, everything went to plan! The star taken off for a a full 5 stars is down to a few misunderstandings that took place... but overall, I would and have, recommended WS10 for anyone looking to throw a celebratory occasion!
