I made a genuine mistake with my prescription.I requested a prescription at the doctors who's reception were unhelpful. I was without my essential medication for three days.
Was told by multiple people that my prescription would be ready and wasn't then gave me no resolution to this. Staff moaning they had to stay past there finishing time (minutes), very unprofessional.
