Great advice. I called, fearing my Baume & Mercier needed a repair. But the lady gave me advice and explained how my watch was fine, as an automatic I needed to wear it, not just put it a draw waiting for special occasions. She could have taken me for a walk..but didn't. Thanks.

I took a gold necklace in to be fixed, when I got it back and home it was broke in 3 places, I then took it back and they said nothing they can do must be my fault. Wouldn't trust them again
