Very clean, very well managed thru covid-19. All the staff have full PPE. Very welcoming. I was met with a mask and hand sanitizer at the door. I had a tooth removed very professionally, and was made to feel safe and secure throughout my time here, during the pandemic. I'd like to say thankyou to all the staff for their amazing work at this time. Definitely 11 out of 10.

Well, how do I start to express my gratitude to all the team at Bupa dental care Wellingborough. I had a tooth infection six weeks ago during lockdown and called my local dentist who prescribed antibiotics which cleared it up. However the tooth was loose and needed extraction. Obviously, this was impossible with dentists closed. Eating was uncomfortable for the next 6 weeks but I tried to chew gently. On Saturday I woke up with the tooth literally “throbbing “ and nearly headed for the pliers in my tool box!!!! My wife suggested I called NHS111. Northampton Bupa couldn’t see me but when I spoke to Wellingborough, they bent over backwards to help me. Within 4 hours of ringing them the tooth had been extracted and more importantly the pain had gone. Thanks so much to Monica, the nurses and the expert surgeon who treated me. I can't express enough my extreme gratitude for the fantastic care I received from all the staff at Bupa Dental Care Wellingborough. I was in bad trouble with severe pain and now I am on the mend! Thank you to Janice, Monika, and the excellent dentist, Irina, for taking such great care of me. The surgery is clean and efficient with friendly, expert and helpful staff. I highly recommend it.

I had an emergency appointment today due to a broken tooth, abcess and facial swelling. The dental team were very helpful and supportive in this difficult time apologising for their wearing protective equipment. They managed to remove my tooth and offer me reassurance. I would highly recommend the team and would like to say a huge thank you

kettering and corby dentist couldnt help been in agony for three days needed antibiotics and pain relief till could get an appointment for possible extraction . left message on answerphone got back to me in the next 10 mins marie was amazing receptionist . phonecall back from dentist prescription ready to collect fantastic service hopefully get a referral from northfield dentist kettering if they can get someone to ring me .
