Mr Builder

Absolutely awful people to work alongside, recommend builders but actually only have one they use at for certain projects and ones they can receive a financial gain for using, do not understand building regulations fully so bring works to standstill and not what the customers expectation is.......also will slander builders once they will not put up with their bullying tactics and will let others loose a lot of money by them advising in areas they have no knowledge off. Had to explain what a lintel was, worrying when they are portraying themselves as architects when actually its called Harbur Design because their is not a single qualification in site.

From the moment they came to size up and discuss our loft extension project, they've walked us step by step through the design and planning process, answered probably 1000 queries from us and never been anything other than helpful, professional and kind. Found Lloyd and team extremely responsive and knowledgeable in all aspect of designing a new prototype lodge. Lloyd is clearly passionate about design and getting all the detail correct is clearly important to him. They are happy to challenge customer requirements back in a constructive way which is absolutely needed when designing a new concept product. Aftersales support was excellent as when we needed subsequent support and technical detail (at extremely short notice) Lloyd bought in the right SME’s and in a short period of time gave us the required detail to proceed to a build state. Would happily recommend.
