Love this place. Walk around various routes every day. Wild life is great all year round. Cafe and facilities both inside and out are good, too.

Perfect day out for families. Parking price is really reasonable both on and off season, and all goes back into maintaining the lakes for everyone to enjoy. Great walks, paths are pushchair and wheelchair friendly. Activity trail and adventure trail great fund for older kids. Food is good value, outdoor kiosk serving drinks and snacks which is great with the current climate. Outdoor toilets too, all regularly cleaned. The staff and rangers are really friendly and knowledgeable about the wildlife. Keep an eye out for events throughout the year, these are always really well run and make a good addition to the day. Feel really lucky to live so close to Stanwick Lakes, it's a firm family fave!

I absolutely love this place! Plenty things to do for the whole family. A few different play areas for little ones, nice walk paths, coffee shop. It's very muddy and wet on a rainy days though but just proper wellies and rainproof trousers needed!

Gorgeous walks, even when it started snowing. A couple of paths got flooded but I'm definitely coming again.

Absolutely amazing place. The stunning lakes are crystal clear, the walks are wall suited to all walkers of any age. Plenty of places to stop for a sit down and just take it all in. The kids play equipment is brilliant and could keep your kids amused for hours. No entrance fee either, just pay for your parking
