I purchased a hayden classic home just about 4 years ago, my next door neighbour also has a home from them, a month ago the poor lady next door informed me that her back wall had delamination and was soaking water like a sponge, Tingdene didn't want to know, even though home was only four years old, imagine my horror, when only a month later, in exactly the same place my home is also bubbling up and holding water. Seems a huge coincidence that both homes have exactly the same fault, I'm waiting to hear back, but have already consulted legal advice. Would not reccomend them at all, I'm hoping I can change this review about customer service, we will see!

Do not buy from Tingdene. Happy to take your money but quality of product is not like there rivals. You would think after 70 years they should know what they are doing. As a park owner we bought one for our self in the view to buy more and open up a new relationship with another manufacturer. Never had so many issues with workmanship and customer service from any other manufacturers. Avoid Tingdene at all cost.

We moved into our new home, a Barnwell, in February 2019 having waited for nearly a year to move in. We had heard the rumours relating to the “poor” customer service once you had purchased and moved into your new home. That has not been our experience so far. If you have ever moved into a new build home within the last twenty years you will appreciate the extensive snagging list that comes with it and the difficulty in getting much of the work done!! Yes we have had some problems that have been resolved very quickly and yes there are some issues which will take a little longer but are being dealt with. TO date we have had no issues with Tingdene Customer Care and indeed they have responded very quickly to issues that we have raised and where the issue was urgent it was dealt with within 24hrs. We look forward to a continuing high level of support.

Don't recommend working for this company, they will use you for 3 months then lay you off, full of promise, so badly organisation there,, very high turn over of staff,, poor management,,
