Found a human nail and a black hair in the pizza. I couldn’t eat it. I called to complain and was mocked and refused a refund while someone was laughing in the background and shouting in Arabic. ( sounded like they was having a ball ) I called head office and got nowhere They said they couldn’t do a refund their end as it had to come from the store. I had to call my bank to claim my money back. Don’t order from here it’s a waste of money and terrible service

Our pizza came wrong Asked no jalapenos came with jalapenos. We wanted extra cheese. Was no extra cheese...... After calling them we received second one which looks like sick Girl on the phone like no manner Will never order again

Avoid!!! Same pizza as every dominos, but some of the rudest people I have ever had to deal with. Trying the Welwyn branch once turned me from a dominos regular to “never again”. Looking at the other reviews here I’m definitely not alone with my opinion. Shocking service!
