HVC visited my work for a free consultation in October. I went along having suffered years of lower back pain which was only getting worse. I was receiving treatment under the NHS but, and I don't want to knock them here, 1 session of physio every three weeks really didn't help me out even when I was sticking to the exercise programme. Following this I attended the centre and Paige carried out an examination, talked me through the treatment programme, discussed the costs & emailed me the results of the initial exam. I was then left to decide weather to proceed or not. The overall price for the course of treatment was just under 600, which isn't throw away money in most peoples book but I can honestly say has been a great investment and worth every penny. My goals were to be able to manage the pain, know how to ease pain at bad times, be able to play with my kids and not be complaining of pain and get back into sport. I've not yet completed the treatment schedule but I've achieved all 3 already and my back pain is totally manageable. My kids use me like a climbing frame as they should, I'm playing football, running and doing Crossfit and have an array of stretches and exercise to help me warm up and deal with any pain. I've not had any jolts of pain since well before Christmas. As for Paige she is a great Chiropractor and really friendly to boot. In every session she takes great care of the problem in hand and understands any issues. She is friendly and easy to talk to and I like to think we always have a good laugh during my treatments. If you are suffering with back pain I can firmly recommend the HVC and Paige, and assure you that the money spent should be seen as an investment rather than just money spent.

Paula and the whole health and vitality team are so welcoming and caring. Paula has treated me through 2 pregnancies, recovery after birth, and when I'm working and sat at a desk for too many hours in the day. She has treated both of my babies as the grow rapidly and goes above and beyond to help where she can. She is most often the person I go to when I need any advice regarding health and wellness, and I trust her very well researched knowledge. Thank you for all you do.
