I have used Hertfordshire Building control as my primary building control body for many years, and have formed a very good working relationship with many of their building control officers. I find them all very knowledgeable and proactive in helping to find solutions to problems. Most importantly i find their communication outstanding and their checking of drawings very thorough. There has been occasions where i have emailed a query and received a call to discuss the query within half an hour of sending the email. Always a top service from these guys. highly recommended.
