Very pleased with this florist. Bought a bunch of flowers and baby balloon online this morning and it was delivered to my friend by 12pm!! The flowers were beautiful, really decent bunch, in a lovely baby box. I got an email from the florist to say they had been delivered and they also sent me photos of them which was a really nice touch and allowed me to see in real life exactly what I’d sent. Would really recommend.

Three things made ordering a birthday bouquet from Perfect Moment Florist back in May of this year (2020) a really positive, low-stress experience: 1) The bouquet (\Summer Madness\) was lovely and the recipient said \I love them and they brought a smile to my face.\ 2) The florist emailed a photo of the bouquet to me (attached to this review), which I appreciated. I also saw in a photo of the bouquet from the recipient that the personal \birthday wishes\ note I had typed in to my online order was handwritten on the card (funnily enough, the florist's handwriting looks similar to mine!) 3) The online ordering and the email updates on the order and delivery made this a seamless remote experience -- I live about 7,500 km away with an eight-hour time difference, and with these updates I really didn't have to worry or follow-up -- I knew my gift had been dispatched and received.

Every time she has received beautiful arrangements with attractive and long-lasting flowers and delivered with such friendly smiles! So when I wanted to buy some flowers this week you were the obvious choice. Yet again the display was a great success and you even send a photo to round off the 'perfect' experience.
