We have now been in this office for 5 months, and have had nothing but brilliant service. the Staff are really friendly and helpful and drop everything if needed. the facilities as a whole are good, Kitchen upstairs and down with good Coffee making facilities (which is always needed), my only fault is the Dishwasher doesn't seem to be the best at cleaning but this is a small thing compared to how good the rest of the facilities are. there is also a shower if you wish to do some training on your lunch break which i feel is a good bonus. overall i would recommend, its in a good location and only a short 15 minute walk to Welwyn town center. great working environment.

The worst customer service of any company that I have ever worked with. I had my office in Welwyn Garden City from 2010 to 2017. Originally the office was owned by a local independent - who were excellent - who sold to Regus. That's when the problems started. We rented 2 desks but kept getting charged for 3. Simple to sort out you would think. No chance. 7 months later and after threatening to take them to court to get our money back they finally paid us back what we were owed and we moved. If you are thinking of signing up I would strongly advise you against. We never signed their contract but if you do, you are stuck by its terms which make it very hard/costly to escape. Dreadful. Don't even deserve one star but sadly no option to nil them.
