I ordered cupcakes for same day delivery as I am in self-isolation and could not go out to buy a birthday cake. I ordered at 8am and they were delivered at 8pm. They were the best cupcakes I ever had: full of flavour, not sickly sweet, fresh. The frosting was creamy but not buttery and the filling in the middle of the sponge was a stroke of genius. Black gateau x2 Mango and passion fruit x2 Ferrero Roche x2 Thank you to Robert for making them, I will definitely order again as I am keen to try new flavours as well as have these again.

The cake was delicious and looked better than we expected. The fruits in between the layers added an extra oomph of taste. Initially there was going to be a delay in delivery but they sorted that out for me promptly to enable our celebration on time. Cake was just right level of sweetness. Was very happy with it! Special shout to Elena who made the cake.

Had to order cake on the same day but was unable to find it in such a short period of time. I ordered cake at 10 am and was delivered at 8 pm.As recommended by my friend I gave a try with\Cakes Today\.Everything went so smoothly from the beginning till I was handed over the cake within the time frame they had given to me, opened it was wonderfully handmade and was perfectly decorated.Most importantly birthday girl was so pleased with the cake. Highly recommended !!

Emese at Cakes Today, thank you so much for baking our beautiful cake! It was delicious! I was super happy with the service from Cakes Today. I couldn't believe you can even order same-day! I ordered next-day and it really was great value. The team contacted me to confirm the order over the phone. The 6-inch cake is listed as 'mini' but really was a great size! So tasty - the icing was light and fluffy and not overwhelming, great choice of chocolate toppings and the sponge was moist but light. Really delicious. The only comment I have is that the cake arrived around 20.45 (latest is supposed to be 20.00) but it was no problem as it keeps for a couple of days in the fridge. Recommend ordering for the next day to avoid this. Overall I can't recommend Cakes Today enough, I will use them again and recommend them to friends. Thank you.

Tasted these today and pretty sure they are not fresh at all. They tasted like shop bought cupcakes with the butter cream added. When you look at the ingredients, there are many e numbers and not fresh ingredients. The company is claiming it is a fresh product but then ingredients contain preservatives. Why would a fresh product contain preservatives and so many e numbers? Very suspicious. Moreover, quite dangerous as there are some allergies to preservatives. I have family members who can eat freshly baked goods but not preservatives and I would have bought this thinking the cakes are made fresh. They certainly don't look or taste as if they are freshly made - and the ingredients list seems to suggest that they are anything but. It is strange there are so many artificial ingredients for a supposed freshly made product.
