We spent 28 on a pizza meal. This is the chicken wings side we got. The sides of the containers are completely burnt and there is an ofputting smell from the wings. We called the restaurant and customer service was extremely poor. They refused to exchange the wings. We even sent picture upon request and according to to this person, its burnt sauce. It looks like the corner has been used to warm up left over wings-extremely unhygenic. They wasted 30minutes of my time, arguing with me about the wings being in good condition.never ordering from here again. This is not the first time something like this has happened. This doesnt happen twice by chance!
I ordered Golden Veggie and one Beefeater pizza. They accidentally sent me Margarita instead of Beefeater. After explaining to one of the staff member over the phone, he was apologetic and sent me beefeater and said that Margarita is on them. That’s what I call customer service. Oh, and they make one of the best Pizza in town.
Ordered from here about 30 times since they opened. Very good place for pizza. Had a hair in my pizza once and got offered a new pizza, so they provided a good customer service.
Pizza was awesome. Loved it. Staff is really polite and hardworking. Overall had very good experience. Will definitely go again.
