Visited the shop today for acupuncture and cupping as I would usually go to Herbal Inn Brent Cross, but it has recently closed down. I was told over the phone the cost was 40, usually I would pay 35 and told the ‘doctor ‘ that and without negotiation she said 35 was fine. Arrived, acupuncture was ok, then the cupping.... it felt like she just simply balanced the cups on my back , there was no heat from the cupping and after what felt like 5 minutes (should be 15mins) she took the cups of my back and left. No usual message, nothing. When I came out to pay, she asked if I wanted to pay for 5 sessions; when I explained how bad it was she blatantly said, you did not pay full price so that is what you get. I will take this further as I feel the same, if not worse due to the experience, before I came. Poor service, simply all about the money. Never going back - it is definitely pot luck as the Brent Cross branch was fantastic. Do not waste your money.

The lady dr liu blistered my back from cupping. The best she can do for me was to use water with cotton wool. She arranged another appointment to check the back. She is great for special offers and knows th refund policy. Avoid this place at all times.

Being ethnic Chinese myself, I have visited the store to find out what a terrible scam this place is. The first time I came to the branch to find some medicine for my sleep problems, I came across a doctor called Doctor Liu. She is worst doctor to consult to, she could hardly understand the problem and just said irrelevant nonsense for my money. She is nice to your face to scam your money not give a proper diagnosis. If you do come across her don't be fooled by her smile to scam your money. The whole place is a sham, since I spoke english to her she thought I could not speak and understand Chinese, So she sure hell didn't know that I heard her gossip to her receptionist about patients private issues and scamming vulnerable people's money who don't know any thing about herbal medicine. BE WARNED COMING TO HERBAL INN ESPECIALLY THIS BRANCH. Seems to me all of them are hired directly from China with no experience or very little experience to even be considered the profession as a herbal doctor.

Do ot go to this shop! I bought something under their recommendation which was aparently safe to use with other medicine. After my pharmascist saw the product I bought from here, it was deemed dangerous to use! I went back the next day to return it, I was met by a guy who told me it was their policy that they do not refund products even though what I bought was packaged as it was. He just picked up an item which he then said it was more expensive than what I bought and gave me a discount to become the same amount I spent. turns out the product he gave me was 3 times cheaper! Do not go there and be cautious. There are no prices displayed so you will never know how much these products are! Shame on you!
