M25 guys were punctual, quick and professional! At first I was thinking their service is very expensive, but for 650 they packed every single item at my home, moved it and dropped everything on 3rd floor in 5 hours, so I didn't have to worry about anything. I was hoping to go to bed till midnight, as I didn't have any idea how much time it can take, but they came exactly at 8am and finished just before 1pm, so I had plenty of time to start unpacking the same day! I will surely use the service with my next moving home! Thank you so much, M25!

Please don't use M25 Movers if you care about your belongings. I used them because they were the cheapest quote I got and I was not moving a lot of things. However during the move 2 items of furniture were damaged (pictures attached) - a TV cabinet and a shelving unit. I contacted M25 Movers to ask for compensation to cover the repairs (I did not ask for money to replace the items - just to cover the damage ). They refused. I wish I had gone with one of the more expensive quotes as M25 Movers have cost me more with the damage to my belongings. I made the mistake of not going with a firm registered with the BAR (British Association of Removers). Please don't make the same mistake I did.

These guys are great! It's the fourth time I've used them, and like before, they did an amazing job. This time we used the full packing service and it is SO worth the money; the team was very efficient and packed things in a logical way so it was easy to find things on the other side. They also took time to make sure each item was unpacked and reassembled exactly where and how we wanted it. If you're moving house, do yourself a favour and use these guys - you will be happy you did

We had lived in our old house for 13 years, and therefore had quite a bit of “clutter” accumulated. Neither of us could find the time (or energy!) to pack it all, so we looked online for a solution. M25 Movers was the third most expensive, and the other two didn’t seem to offer anything better, so we went with our gut. They sent someone over to talk through the little project, fitting the meeting to suit our busy schedules, and we worked out the price and paid upfront. The vans (with 8 men) arrived on the day and the crew worked very quickly. I went to work and left my husband to it. No more than 6 hours into the workday he texted me to tell me they were finished, everything moved into the new house and unpacked. I was quite shocked. I felt like I’d barely got anything done so far that day in comparison to these guys! I’ve already recommended them to a friend of mine thinking of moving, and thought I might extend my gratitude to the online world also. Thank you for making our day so easy!

I chose M25 movers for my last moving as I used them for a similar job a few years ago, with a positive impression. This time, I booked them to do a home removal, a 2 bed flat's content into a new place, with dismantling and reassembly of 3 furniture items. The team was made of three movers. Positives: - they were quick and kind; Negatives: - they left a few marks on the wall of the flat, which was a rental, and had thus to be fixed, meaning extra expense on my behalf; - no masks used; - they reassembled a wardrobe with a missing piece, i.e. the wardrobe pole, making it effectively useless. I have contacted them about the pole and got a polite answer first, and not so polite afterwards. Overall a lack of attention and professionalism justify the low rating for the service provided.
