Brilliant service by all the members of staff. I got my designer glasses from here 4 years ago and still in amazing condition. My children have now had their eye tests here and the optician is very knowledgeable and professional. There is a good selection of glasses here for children as well. Thank you

Was concerned about my daughters eyes who has just turned 4. Went to 3 different opticians who suggested to go to the gp as she was too young for an eye test at the opticians. Walking past Opticalise Opticians, I tried my luck and without hesitation, she was seen by the optician there. I was reassured every thing was fine after a thorough check up. In fact, the gentleman made the eye test a lot of fun and really put me and my daughter at ease. Thank you Opticalise. You’re providing a great service, especially for children.
Walked in off the street having lost my glasses the day before and the team could not have been more helpful. Had an eye test there and then, received my new glasses the following morning. Exceptional service and highly recommended.
I really like the customer service and the kindness the ladies show to my kids , I'm always going there because of my son glasses gets broken. They're very understanding and the other day they called me to let me know the frame we liked is not available and offer us different one. That was really good open honest customer service.
This optitian wanted to charge 50 to simply measure pupil distance. Absolutely ridiculous fee for a 30 second task.
