Highly recommended and exceptional customer service from this company. Always on time and true to their word. If you need a company that is reliable, efficient and reasonable then A Weatherhead is the one. We have been using them for years at our Nursery and they have never let us down.

Exceptional work from this company. Friendly and helpful office staff who I spoke to on the phone, who enquired about my blocked drain and informed me that they would contact the engineer to see when I could be fitted in. The engineer who arrived on site was polite, professional and helpful to sort the issue. Within a matter of what seemed minutes he had already traced what was causing the blockage and with minimal disruption had managed to clear the blockage about half an hour later. I would highly recommend this company if anyone has any drainage issues! 5 Star!

Dreadful service! My water supply was cut off without any warning beforehand or after it had been cut off! The work they were contracted to carry out was not an emergency until they began work and so no excuse for not informing us that repair work was going to take place. The workmen had disappeared at this point and so I had no idea who had cut the water supply. I telephoned Anglian water and they had no idea who had cut the water supply or what was going on. Eventually workmen returned after several hours and told me things would be sorted within an hour and a half? Several hours later after the workmen had smoked and had lunch nothing had improved. I had to go go out at this point. The water at very very low pressure was put on overnight. However it was turned off again next day! I went on holiday then! When I returned and turned the drinking water back on sand black dirt and other derbis came through! Very dangerous and unsafe if I'd not had sense to realise that this water should not be used and definitely not be drunk! Again no notification from Weatherheads. Totally irresponsible. Since then I've personally got expensive problems with my water tank that they have caused! and guess what? they take no responsibility for it just trying to blind me with technical details. I'm an OAP and fall into the venerable category for theses cowboys! Future customers beware!!!!
