Fantastic servce. Have recently had Richard make a bespoke waterbed. It is exactly as we wanted. Richard not only installed the new bed but dismantled the old one. We are extremely pleased with the outcome and Richards enthusiasm and high customer service levels are very rare in this day and age. Thank you!
Richard is positively evangelical about the virtues of living with a waterbed. He makes the effort to get to know his customers well, all the while enabling them to experience the true comfort of trying one out for themselves. And in the meantime, allaying the myths that persist having been bolstered by 1970's sitcoms. Once I made a purchase, Richard continued his personal service with the delivery and assembly of my new waterbed. In doing so, he ensures that my experience of owning a waterbed is unhindered. My only regret is that I did not take the plunge (no pun intended) many years earlier.
Very disappointed after years of being a valued customer, the way an elderly relative has been treated has been shocking. Would definitely not recommend.
