I've placed an order on May (in the middle of pandemic) but unfortunately it hasn't arrived so I can't write a review about their "Soap Brows". But the customer support is one of the best support ever. They refunded me the full cost of the order and kindly offered to send me a new product for free. I can't wait to receive the product because I’ve heard that it is absolutely amazing.

I absolutely adore this brand and everything they stand for. The only products I have ever tried which doesn't irritate or breakout my skin, which is a first! I ordered the 'Soap Brows Essentials' at the beggining of June and received my order a couple of days ago due to the delays with COVID-19. Their customer service is really one of the best! Hannah was very helpful with everything regarding my order. When it comes to the products, they are also amazing! I really recommend, my eyebrows look fabulous and it stays in place all day, not to mention the eco friendly packaging!
