Got to say I am a Happy Happy Boy both with my purchase & Cooper Vertu BMW Motorrad Sunderland. During these Covid Times when visiting show rooms wasnt possible I was looking for a New to Me BMW GSA. I was making general enquries with Will Hiftle a salesman at Coopers having heard what I was looking for he was able to show me via photos a bike that had arrived in stock that morning. It was the perfect Bike for me a 2019 GSA Rallye te 4000 miles. I was also very happy with the agreed price for the bike as it was to have new tyres Michelins, & a BMW Service. The bike also came with the BMW 24 month Warranty & European Breakdown Cover. Will messaged me regularily on WhatsApp keeping me upto date & the bike was ready for me to collect on the agreed date 6 days later. The Bike was Imaculatly Presented Perfect Exactly as it had been described which was with all the bells & whistles & full Luggage. Finding, Purchasing & Picking up the bike had been a smooth operation start to finish. After a couple of days I did notice an issue closing the lid on one of the panniers. I contacted Will via WhatsApp & shortly after got a call to bring the bike in. A lesser garage would have messed about trying to fix it. Coopers swapped it for a replacement no quibbeling. I am very impressed with the service I have recieved throughout. My thanks & wholeharted recommedation go's to Coopers. Thanks Again Will Oh & the Bike Absolutley Love It.

I can't be more pleased with the bike, I feel very comfortable and confident about support / after sales. The bike truly was was "showroom condition" and fully serviced when I collected it.
