Craig, Simon and the team at Vertu BMW were great. I was travelling a fair distance (230 miles) to collect the car so was slightly anxious. Along the way Craig was very responsive and couldn't do enough to help me and answer my questions. Car was immaculate when collected. Overall very friendly and professional experience.

Just received my new car and could not be happier. Craig Hunter was great in dealing with the sale of the car and all the questions I had after. I collected my car 4 days after signing the agreement and he kept me informed of everything that was happening. Ben was brilliant when showing me all the new features and very patient too! This was our first ever 'distant purchase' of a car (BMW X3 M40D). We live approx 170 miles away from the dealership. Hence we were a little nervous. We needn't have been, everything went perfectly. We dealt with Jamie Steel, who was excellent throughout the buying process - from initial contact through to his excellent, informative and helpful handover on 30/08/20. Dealership was typical high BMW standards, spotlessly clean and bright. Reception staff very friendly. Totally delighted with our car - many thanks for everything.
