I live in this supposed rehabilitation hospital. I do not get any recognition or positive feedback on how well I am doing or what the long term plans are for me to live independently. A lot of the staff lack motivation and are solely employed here as they are unable to find employment elsewhere. I have had cause to complain to the CQC on a couple of occasions and I am aware that the CQC have contacted the Manager and he will reassure them that his precious establishment is running \Fine and Dandy\ I can assure you it is not and it is not a pleasant place to live. The staff are very quick to pick fault with a individual and log his shortfalls before as much as sitting down and attempting to understand their reasons for frustration.
