Worst company going, my mums stair life broke down 4 weeks ago. Only come to fix today. My mum is wheelchair disabled and has stents in her heart. My mum for the past 4 weeks has had to crawl up and down the stairs on her hands and knees. When my mum phoned them to take the carriage off to try and make it easier so she can get up the stairs. they wanted 175.00 even though they have to take the carriage off to repair it. I highly recommended you find a better company. I would hate to think how they would treat the elderly and vulnerable people.

Ordered our stairlift from dolphin and was treated with great service and respect our lift was fitted promptly and professionally. Big thank you to lisa and all the team involved
Been without a stair lift almost 4 weeks. Stranded upstairs. Representative I just spoke to was more concerned about the fact her office has no air conditioning. The original stair lift was condemned. A new one was approved by local council . 1st visit. Lift was condemned. Had to wait over a week for someone to measure up. They originally put the 1st lift in. The grant application took a couple of days. I had to contact them to be told they had no stock in. Just called again to be told they will call me back. All this could of been done the day it broke. Via email or fax surely I really do not reccomend this company
RIP OFF They only want your money very poor service, unprofessional and Not recommended.
Disgusting driver in the van. Overtaking in a small single lane driving 50mph on a 30mph road. Had a small child in the car. Nearly averted a collision
