Lovely young chap came to fix my alarm. His father had installed this many years ago for me and my late husband. He upgraded my control box as the old one was playing up, and fixed a few of the things in the corners for me aswell. He was very well mannered very polite young gentleman. I surely will be using him again in the future.

Ive had CCTV and alarm fitted by Hi-Tec - Birmingham area. The main guy Tariq is VERY very rude. He shouts and needs to learn manners. He seems like he is always in a rush and unfortunately, this is reflected in the work. I had an issue with my alarm and he charged 50 for a battery replacement (took him less than 10min to set up!). The battery itself is 10 on ebay! I would avoid Hi-Tec at all cost and would NOT recommend.

Rather pleasant experience overall. A man came to give us a quote for cctv. He was too fast and loud for my liking but my cousin who recommended them said his son is very good and would be the one to do the installation. So I did go ahead with the job. Again the old man was just rushing around everywhere but to be fair he was busy on his phone most of the time he didn't do much, so I can imagine they are busy all the time. The son was brilliant though. I can see why my cousin suggested them as will I. You could see the minute he got here he knew what he was doing. He had a quick look around and he was off. Bing bang bosh. He made a few changes and suggested a few extra bits of security which I'm glad I took out now because he was right. I had a few blind spots I needed covering. I was more than happy to pay the extra upgrade costs as I did need them. Some fellas came and took pictures of our cars last week and this week i had a attempted break in but I caught it all on camera and have given the evidence to the police. The dad did say we didn't need it and would bring up the price but im glad the son suggested it as you can not put a price on ur safety. If you have not got cameras I highly recommend you call them and get his son out to get you protected. Top bloke. My neighbours who had less cameras than me installed a few weeks ago they had a team of 3 or 4 people and it took them 2 days. This chap was in and out within less than half a day all by himself. Shame he dosent drink though because me and the Mrs wanted to take him out for a well deserved drink. I am sorry I don't remember your name, it was a bit difficult but cheers mate.
