My daughter absolutely loves this place and can't get enough. Maybe slightly overpriced imo. Staff on beverage counter could do with a bit of retraining in customer service and speed

Positives. Clean inside and they did sanitise areas before changing groups of people. Staff are friendly. Safer than trampoline parks. Negatives. Poor checking in system at the venue. Expensive, poor value for money. Lockers are tiny and minimum 2. Food available is also overpriced. Parking outside is MISLEADING, you pay from the moment you enter the car park so if you purchase your ticket 5 mins after parking, you've already lost 5 mins off the time shown on the ticket. Staff need to better monitor idiots that are jumping around carelessly.

Great place for everyone to run riot! Noticed the staff who dealt with the inflated section were none existent to notify you when to go on throughout separate sections, Regardless of the fact the kids loved it.

After a great Birthday party at the Stechford site in Birmingham I’ve used the free visit voucher we got to visit this one in West Bromwich. Place is new, bounce equipment is nice new and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Toilet facilities were clean as expected from a new site. Overall it’s a great place for the kids to sweat it out and parents to relax and not worry as staff are great. Reasonable prices drinks and snacks too. I would give 5 stars if there was a rewards program or just general cheaper entry prices. 20 for 2 kids for 1hr is a bit much. I only came because I had 1 bounce for free. Oh and I noticed they use vegware lids on the coffee cups please change straws for plastic alternative.

Kids loved it apart from the temperature check and obvious covid regulations it actually felt like a bit of normality for a change prices abit steep and the lockers are expensive 2.00 minimum non refundable but other than that a good day out
