Absolutely amazing food and amazing staff. We have used them from the day they opened and never been anywhere else since. Their food is always fresh and really tasty. The owner is so lovely and always goes out his way to make sure you get what you ask for. The staff are really friendly and very efficient. I highly recommend this shop for your food abs catering needs.

Visited this place for the first time today and Ordered channa patooreh, samosas, spring rolls and paneer. As it was our first time i appreciate everyone has their own receipes so the slightly sour smell and taste from the spring rolls and channeh was overlooked, but during consumption it became a little more evident that somthing wasn't right. As we ordered 2 portions, we still had one left over that when attempting to reheat, the sour smell was way more prominent and indeed was the distinct smell of spoilt food which was definitely not fit for consumption. Manager kindly offered an exchange, no apology just some default defensive responce about how it could have been down to the way I stored the food?? Will not be eating from here again for two reasons, 1 - potential food poisoning risk and 2- samosas were too oily for our liking.

It is a lovely Indian sweets and savouries shop, with lots of variety to choose from. The most greatest thing is that they have good hygiene ,great staff and absolutely lovely sweets to see and be delighted. I would highly recommend this place if you are planning on any special occasions because you can get stuff just the way you like it so Laddi sweets has done a lovely job in creating a first impression on us so that we can be drawn into the shop filled with sweet little delicacies.

Polite staff and all food items are excellent. I wish they did hot coriander chutney instead of the sweet chutney with the samosas and bhajias

Brought Jalebis and Gulab Jamun from this shop today for the first time. The staff were all very pleasant and lovely. The the sweets not good at all. The Gulab jamun were okay but it was clear they were not fresh. The jalebis were disgusting, so disappointing. The jalebi was dry, stale, like rubber and had no crunch what so ever. My children love jalebis and they have been put off since trying these. When I tried them I had to spit it out. It is clear that they weren't fresh and had been out for a long period of time. I am appalled, even though they can see how stale the jalebi is they are selling it to the customer. That is just disgusting. Its a pandemic and people are trying to enjoy little things, and support little businesses at the same time. But a business has no right to sell products that are inedible. Will not be visiting this shop ever again. Kind regards Mr Singh p.s. jalebi picture attached, hope the shop can use their eyes to see if the product is fit to sell.
